If your date is available, we will coordinate a call to learn more about your event, guest count, vision, and overall atmosphere so we can thoughtfully customize your menu and display.
3. Receive Your Custom Proposal
We will create a tailored menu and detailed quote for your review and approval.
4. Secure Your Date
To confirm your booking, you may either pay in full or submit a 50 percent deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Cancellations and refunds are handled at our discretion.

If your venue has a commercial kitchen, we can cook on-site. If not, everything is prepared in our commercial kitchen and transported and held at proper temperature on-site for service.
