How It Works

• You can expect a response to your inquiry within 5–7 business days.

• Consultation: We’ll start with a scheduled call via Zoom or Google Meet to get to know you both, understand your wedding vision, and confirm your menu and overall event details.

• Tasting (Optional): If you’d like, we can arrange a tasting for a flat rate of $150. Should you decide to book with us, this fee will be waived from your final bill.

• Invoice & Confirmation: Once your menu and details are finalized, we’ll prepare an invoice for your review.

• Date Hold: After sending your invoice, we’ll hold your date for one month. If necessary, we’ll follow up regarding any potential scheduling conflicts.

• Final Confirmation: Your wedding date is officially reserved once we receive your deposit or full payment.

This process ensures that every wedding we cater receives the attention and care it deserves, while keeping our calendar organized and fair for all clients.
