1. How do I order?
We use Hotplate as our digital storefront for easy pick-up orders in the Italian Market. No sign-up required!
You may opt-in for SMS updates to be the first to know when we release a new menu, or to snag exclusive pre-orders for pop-ups to skip the line!
Please Note: These are small batch and made-to-order! Once payment is received, your order is finalized and cannot be modified. Please review all details carefully before submitting payment.
2. Is it always the same menu?
Yes and no! While we always offer our signature mezze dips—hummus, muhammara, baba ganoush, and labneh—our Hotplate menu changes monthly.
We love rotating in fun, seasonal additions (or sometimes just dishes we’re excited to share!) like labneh lobster rolls, kibbet el rahib, and maamoul. It keeps things fresh and gives you a chance to try something new.
3. Do you offer catering?
Yes! We offer both small catering packages and large group & event catering:
Choose your favorite menu items from our pre-set bundles.
Add desserts, breads, drinks, or extras for an additional charge.
Select your preferred items for drop-off or delivery.
We’ll follow-up with a quick call to confirm your menu selections and event details.
Consultation: We’ll start with a quick call or Zoom/Google Meet to confirm your menu selections and event details.
Service Options: Choose what works best for you: drop-off/delivery or a fully staffed service (staffing fees apply).
Enhancements: For staffed events, we also offer tablescape and event design services to elevate the experience (additional charge).
Invoice & Confirmation: Once your details are finalized, we’ll prepare an invoice for your review and next steps..

Submitting a request does not confirm your order.
Your order is confirmed only once we receive a deposit or full payment.
If we do not hear from you within 5-7 business days of sending the invoice and/or no deposit or payment has been made by the due date, your order is not confirmed and the hold on your requested date will be released.

4. Do you cater weddings?
Yes! We love providing catering for weddings and helping couples create the perfect authentic spread for their special day. We work with you to stay within your budget while designing a menu and service style that fits your vision.
We offer:
Cocktail hour grazing mezze spreads
Plated dinner service
Buffet-style meals
Family-style service
How It Works
You can expect a response to your inquiry within 5–7 business days.
Consultation: We’ll start with a scheduled call via Zoom or Google Meet to get to know you both, understand your wedding vision, and confirm your menu and overall event details.
Tasting (Optional): If you’d like, we can arrange a tasting for a flat rate of $150. Should you decide to book with us, this fee will be waived from your final bill.
Invoice & Confirmation: Once your menu and details are finalized, we’ll prepare an invoice for your review.
Date Hold: After sending your invoice, we’ll hold your date for one month. If necessary, we’ll follow up regarding any potential scheduling conflicts.
Final Confirmation: Your wedding date is officially reserved once we receive your deposit or full payment.
Your final payment must be sent 1 month from the date of your wedding.
This process ensures that every wedding we cater receives the attention and care it deserves, while keeping our calendar organized and fair for all clients.
5. Where else can we find Philly Hummus Girl mezze dips?
We’d love to be in your local grocery store! Please ask your favorite shop or market buyers to check us out.
6. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We carefully label all menu items to help guide you toward options that fit your dietary needs. Our offerings include gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian choices. If notified in advance, we can also work with Halal and Kosher suppliers to honor your religious observances. Please note any dietary restrictions or sensitivities in the comments before submitting your order so we can best accommodate you.
PLEASE NOTE: While we work hard to accommodate most dietary needs, we do work in a shared kitchen space and heavily feature nuts and gluten products in our menu. We cannot guarantee that trace amounts of allergens won’t be present.
