Consultation: We’ll start with a quick call or Zoom/Google Meet to confirm your menu selections and event details.
Service Options: Choose what works best for you: drop-off/delivery or a fully staffed service (staffing fees apply).
Enhancements: For staffed events, we also offer tablescape and event design services to elevate the experience (additional charge).
Invoice & Confirmation: Once your details are finalized, we’ll prepare an invoice for your review and next steps.

Submitting a request is the first step—it doesn’t guarantee your booking just yet.
Your date is officially reserved once we receive your deposit or full payment.
To keep our calendar fair for everyone, we’ll hold your date for 5–7 business days after sending your invoice. If payment isn’t received within that time, the date will be released.
